3-Day Workshop Agenda

  • Day 1

    The State of Procurement

Set the stage with a deep dive into the current landscape of HealthTech procurement in Canada.

Hear diverse points of view from professionals on the front lines—unpacking where procurement stands today, what innovation looks like across provinces, and what urgent problems remain unsolved. This is about establishing context and surfacing the central issues on everyone’s minds.

  • Day 2

    Learning from Failures

Experience honest, case-based learning as practitioners share stories of setbacks and roadblocks encountered in their very own procurement journeys.

Discover common pain points, pitfalls, what didn’t work (and why), and the lessons learned when promising projects didn’t make it across the finish line. These candid exchanges will help connect peers across regions and demystify what’s really at stake.

  • Day 3

    Building for Success

End on a high note—celebrate real-world procurement wins and learn from what has enabled HealthTech innovations to succeed.

The final sessions focus on translating insights from Days 1 & 2 into an actionable procurement playbook that will be documented and shared, empowering attendees to drive meaningful change in their own organizations and provinces.
